You can select your pickup location during the booking process, any changes to your pickup location need to made at least 48 hours prior to your tour departure. To ensure a seamless experience, please plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Explore Australia values flexibility in our fares policy. You can make changes to your day tour booking at no extra cost up to 72 hours before departure. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare.
